- If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
- Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled meeting time and cannot be reached by the reservations team will be considered a no-show.
- No refunds will be provided in the event of a no-show.

- Weather conditions: Guest safety is our priority. Experiences may be changed, rescheduled, or canceled if weather conditions make it unsafe to proceed.

- Water experiences: Guests are required to wear a life jacket during all applicable water sports activities and to complete and sign a waiver as part of the booking confirmation process. Guests may also be asked to review an additional disclaimer upon arrival.
- In case the booked experience is cancelled by the guest more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, no penalty fee will be charged and the full amount will be refunded.
- In case the booked experience is cancelled by the guest 48 to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, a 50% refund will be applied.
- In case the booked experience is cancelled by the guest less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, no refund will be applied.
- The guest is considered a no-show if they fail to arrive within 15 minutes after the meeting time and do not respond to calls from the booking team.
- In case of a no-show, no refund will be applied.
